The process

I want you to feel comfortable, so our process begins with a no obligation and no cost first conversation to get to know each other. My goal is for you to feel cared for, so we charge a flat fee. This way there are no surprise bills and you never have to worry about being charged for calling to ask a question.

Your plan will be tailor-made for you and your family, so we meet to get into great detail before preparing your plan. So you feel always represented, so we will maintain copies of your file and documents in case you ever have questions or need copies or changes.

I aim to be a part of your family’s team and give you peace of mind. I will help protect the ones you love most.

Talk

Our first call or visit is always no obligation and no cost so that I can explain our process, answer any questions you may have, and make sure we are a good fit.

Retainer

Once you have made the decision to move forward with my firm, we will formalize our agreement by signing an attorney client retainer agreement. I will also collect your flat fee retainer.

Meet

This will be an in-depth meeting to review your family’s needs, assets, and medical wishes. I will discuss who you would like to nominate as a guardian of minor children as well as other pertinent topics so I can provide you with a custom and comprehensive estate plan.

Finish Trust

Before you execute your estate plan, you will have an opportunity to review it. We will then meet to execute your estate planning documents. Once we are finished, you can enjoy knowing that your family will have less to worry about after you are gone.
