Trusts & Wills

A trust creates an entity to hold your family’s assets and allows those assets to pass outside of probate. The court supervised probate process has fees and can take quite a bit of time before the assets are distributed. You can avoid the probate process by creating a trust and a will. This allows you to designate who will inherit your assets. It creates the smoothest process for your loved ones and beneficiaries. Life Planning

If you, your partner, or both were to become incapacitated, you would want certain decisions legally memorialized. Having a power of attorney, advanced medical directives, and appointing a legal guardian over any minor children will give you the peace of mind you and your family deserve. Probate

Probate is the legal process of transferring a decedent’s assets to his/her beneficiaries per the State’s pre-determined plan. It does not take into account the need of any of your beneficiaries.
